We hope you will be happy with the treatment you have booked or paid for with us. We also understand that sometimes circumstances change. The following cancellation policy is in effect for all treatments offered at ERA Skin & Laser Clinic:

Appointment Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your appointment we kindly request 48 hours notice. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 per missed appointment.

Pre-Paid Appointment Cancellations:

No refunds will be given for cancelled pre-paid appointments. Pre-paid appointments can be moved to a different date without further charge.

Treatment Packages:

If you have paid in full for a treatment package and decide not to go ahead for any reason a refund of the amount paid can be requested provided that none of the paid for treatment has taken place i.e none of the sessions have been used.

 

Booking fees for treatment packages set up using Go Cardless  are non-refundable. 

Refunds are subject to a £50 admin fee and payment of the initial patch test fee of £25  (unless this was paid for separately).

 

Please note: Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment was made. Credit card refunds need to be made in person; we are unable to refund remotely.
